Getting Your Pass
- You can collect your pass from the TICKET OFFICE, located on Sitges Paseo in the bear village, right on the seafront.
- The ticket office is open from 19,00 on Monday 8th Sept – and from 20.00 each day, thereafter until Sunday 14th September.
- To collect your pass you can bring your receipt. And your ID.

Your Pack
- Your VIP Pack includes your VIP Bracelet for each day giving you access to the VIP zone.
- They are colour coded. Each day is different, so please remember to wear the appropriate colour on each day.
- The Bear Village is open each day from 8 pm. The VIP area has a special VIP host to make you feel welcome and introduce you to your fellow VIP guests.
- There is also a dedicated bar and waiter service, plus two dedicated VIP toilets.
- Monday – PINK
- Tuesday – RED
- Wednesday – YELLOW
- Thursday – SKY BLUE
- Friday – NEON GREEN
- Saturday – WHITE
- Sunday – VIOLET
Drink Tickets
- You will also find 7 drinks tickets (one for each day or use all 7 in one day or as you wish).
- Please keep your bracelets in a safe place as they cannot be replaced.
- Bracelets and passes are only valid in the VIP Zone. They don not give access to any parties or events outside of the Bear Village.
T Shirt and Goodie Bag
- Your Special Edition T Shirt can be collected from the Calipolis Hotel Bear Market.
The Bear Village
- The Bear village is located on the seafront. The VIP area is located at the top end of the Bear Village.
- Please show your bracelet to security to gain entrance.
- Bracelets must be worn on your wrist at all times.
