Collecting Your VIP Pass
VIP passes can be collected from the Bear Village Ticket Office from Friday, September 4 when the village opens.
Please bring:
- Your booking confirmation email.
- A valid photo ID.
Tickets are not posted.
Buying as a gift? Contact us after purchase and we’ll arrange a personalised gift certificate.
VIP passes are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest before the event. Please contact us to arrange the transfer.
